- Return and Exchange Requirements
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and accessories attached.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt (exceptions may apply to certain items; please refer to the product page for details).
Returns and exchanges due to personal preference or incorrect sizing are not accepted unless otherwise stated on the product page or in accordance with applicable law. - Exchange Process
Contact Customer Service: Email or call us with your order number and reason for exchange.
Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Customer Service will send you an RMA number and return address.
Returning an Item: Ship the item to the specified address along with the RMA number.
Shipping a Replacement Item: Once we receive and confirm that the return item is eligible, we will ship the replacement item within 3-5 business days. - Refund Process
If you choose a refund, we will refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping, customs duties, or other additional charges are generally not refundable unless there is a quality issue or the item was shipped incorrectly. - Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos and order information. We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund. - Special Item Information
